Keep the doors shut. A full, closed refrigerator holds temperature roughly four hours, and a full freezer holds longer. Move milk, meat, and leftovers to a cooler with ice if you can. Tell us when it stopped cooling so we can prioritize the call.
My fridge is a built-in behind cabinet panels. Can you still work on it?
Yes. Built-ins and counter-depth units often need careful panel removal and tight-space access, and we plan for that. Let us know the make and whether it's flush-mounted so we bring the right tools and protect your cabinetry.
Do you handle stacked or apartment-sized units?

Why does frost keep coming back after I defrost it manually?
Manual defrosting clears the symptom, not the cause. Usually the automatic defrost cycle has failed, or warm humid air is leaking past a torn door gasket. Both are repairable once we identify which one is happening.
Should I replace the water filter myself?
Go ahead. Filters are made for owner replacement, and a clogged one slows the dispenser and starves the ice maker. If the water still trickles with a fresh filter, the inlet valve or line is the next suspect.
